The Andaman & Nicobar Islands Institute of Medical Sciences (ANIIMS), Port Blair is a government medical college established in 2015 to strengthen healthcare education and services in the Andaman & Nicobar Islands. The institute operates under the Andaman & Nicobar Administration and is affiliated with Pondicherry University, with recognition from the National Medical Commission (NMC).

Located at Atlanta Point in Port Blair, ANIIMS serves as the only medical college in the region, playing a crucial role in improving healthcare accessibility for island residents. The college is attached to the renowned G.B. Pant Hospital, a major multi-specialty government hospital that provides extensive clinical exposure to students. ANIIMS primarily offers the MBBS program with an annual intake of around 100–114 students. Admissions are based on NEET-UG scores, followed by centralized counselling.
